~ Chicken breasts barbecued and served with jersey summer salsa featuring our peaches, corn and tomatoes
~ Eggplant parm – vegetarian
~ Vegetarian casserole baked with eggplant summer squash, peppers and potatoes – gluten free and vegetarian
~ Quinoa almond pilaf – gluten free and vegetarian
~ An old favorite – corn on the cob – freshly picked and boiled briefly
~ Mixed green salad
~ Summer peach and tomato salad with red onions
~ Edamame quinoa salad
~ Peach tart for dessert – we served this last year and all loved it
~ This is BYOB …there will be live music!
Directions to the Farm
From Route 80:
Take Route 80 to Exit 19 (Hackettstown). Turn left onto Route 517 S toward Hackettstown. At traffic light in town, turn right and immediately turn left onto Grand Avenue. Follow Grand Avenue for approximately 7 miles to stop sign at ‘Y’ intersection. At ‘Y’, turn right onto Route 628 W (Karrville Road). Continue on Route 628 less than 1 mile to orchard, on right.
From Route 78:
Take Route 78 to Exit 17. Follow Route 31 N to Washington (intersection with Route 57). At next light, turn right onto Jackson Valley Road (Route 628). Follow for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto Karrville Road (Route 628). Continue for 1 mile to orchard, on left.
Take Lamington Road (Route 523 W) to end in Oldwick. Turn right onto Route 517 (Fairmount Road) to Long Valley (Schooley’s Mountain Road). Continue over Schooley’s Mountain and make left onto Newburgh Road. At traffic light, turn left onto Route 57. Follow to Port Murray Road (Route 629). Turn right and continue onto ‘Y’ intersection. Bear left onto Route 628 (Karrville Road). Continue on Route 628 less than 1 mile to orchard, on right.
